I'M ANNA.
I've been a brand + creative director for 20 years. I've led creative teams in fortune 500's + Silicon Valley startups, and have been running my creative agency, LUMINA CREATIVE, for the last 8 years.
I’ve spoken, in DEPTH, about how 2021 and 2022 burnt me out. From scaling Lumina to multiple 7 figures, to growing my team to 26, and juggling as many as 65 clients simultaneously.
Then, feeling the chaos of managing the aforementioned and realizing, ehhhhh this ain’t for me! I created a MONEY MAKING MACHINE, and I felt wildly incompetent over my lack of drive to manage it đź«
After rejecting, I realized it wasn't a competency issue- rather, an ALIGNMENT issue.
Although left and right, there are glorified business owners that run “multi-7 fig businesses”, that’s not resonant with my core drivers. That type of delivery requires a larger team to manage, a larger client load, more management (which rly cuts into margins) and thus a relatively lower profit margin. And, as a wise man once said MO MONEY MO PROBLEMS 💸
And one day, I realized "scaling" wasn't my path. So I took some time to reflect on MY unique vision + inherent drivers.

+ I'm not an agency owner, but I'm still interested. Should I still get on the waitlist?
Yes! This mastermind is for coaches, creatives, consultants, fractional leaders, studios, freelancers- if you run a service-based business, you're a fit.
+ What qualifies as an "agency"?
Previous mastermind participants have marketing, PR, brand, website, social media, staffing, copywriting, and therapeutic agencies! Owners of all agency types are welcome!
As well as coaches, consultants, and service based business owners.
+ How many in-person retreats / sessions are there?
There is one 3-day retreat per cohort, hosted at the beginning of the mastermind, so you can meet and connect with the other women in the mastermind!
+ How much time should I plan to dedicate to participating?
At minimum, the monthly, 90-minute calls are mandatory, and we also offer 2 other (non-mandatory) calls a month. However, we recommend spending at least 30 mins a week engaging with your mastermind members, asking questions, sending items to review- to thoroughly milk the mastermind!
+ I'm in. How much?
The mastermind is a FIVE FIGURE investment. We do offer a monthly payment plan, which makes things easier to absorb. We have a proven track record for ROI, and past members have doubled their investments, and gotten intangible rewards with quality of life + harmony, too!
