HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
We aim to complete everything within 7 business days, but it’s typically sooner. You’ll hear from us within 48 hours of the initial purchase, and it’ll take around 5 days to finalize the design. This timeline is dependant on your confirmation of your colors + fonts within 48 hours of receiving our Welcome Email.

HOW MANY VERSIONS OF EACH LOGO DO YOU SELL?
We sell limited quantities of each design, and upload new designs on the reg. Don’t fret, your logo will be unique to you once it’s mocked up in your business name and colors!

HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW LOGOS?
New designs are added regularly! If you'd like to be the first to know about new logo drops, sign up for our mailing list.

CAN I REQUEST REVISIONS OR CHANGES TO THE LOGO?
Due to the low price point of the logos, we don’t offer design edit requests. We offer additional customization at an hourly rate of $100/hour. If you are looking for a fully custom design, reach out to work with us one-on-one!

WHAT IS A BRAND GUIDE?
We're all about cohesive brands, so we’ll package your brand details into a style guide, which you can use to relay your brand style to photographers, graphic designers, web designers, etc. to ensure your branding is consistent and on point.

We’ll share downloadable files through email. You will receive your logo files as EPS, TIFF and PNG files.
